PARK CITY MOUNTAIN SCHEDULED TO OPEN ON NOV. 21: WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON

Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the U.S., is scheduled to open for the 2018-19 season on Wednesday, Nov. 21. This season, Park City Mountain will debut several new resort enhancements, including a new beginner learning area at High Meadow Park, a transformation of the iconic Mid-Mountain Lodge, an expansion of the popular Cloud Dine restaurant and additional snowmaking.

Park City Mountain Announces Summer Concert Schedule and 4th of July Events

Park City Mountain is pleased to announce a jam-packed season of summer music and free live concerts beginning July 3 at Canyons Village. The 2018 summer music lineup includes both a Thursday evening and a Saturday evening concert series at Canyons Village. The resort will also host live music at the Park City Mountain Village on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the summer.

Today, Park City Mountain announced operating dates for the 2018-19 ski and snowboard season. Both the Park City Mountain Village and Canyons Village are scheduled to open on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and will close for the season on Sunday, April 7, 2019.

The secret is out. Park City isn’t just a ski town; it’s the place to be this summer. As the slopes turn from snowy white to vibrant green, Park City Mountain will start spinning the lifts again for cross country mountain biking, zip lines, hiking, family activities and more. Summer activities begin on May 25 at the Park City Mountain Adventure Park and on June 15 at Canyons Village.

Vail Resorts Introduces Emma, Your Epic Mountain Assistant, the World’s First Digital Mountain Assistant to Provide Real-Time Information to Skiers and Snowboarders

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today introduced Emma, your Epic Mountain Assistant, the world’s first digital mountain assistant to help guide guests while on their ski and snowboard vacation at nine of the Company’s resorts. Emma is an interactive mountain assistant who uses artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to answer a wide range of guests’ questions about their ski vacation. Emma will debut for the 2018-19 winter season at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood in Tahoe; and Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia, Canada.
