The Lodge at Vail Introduces Yoga at 10,150 feet to Vail

  • All are welcome to mountaintop yoga, Fridays and Saturdays at 10 a.m. through Labor Day at Mid-Vail
  • Pool One open to the public on Wednesdays followed by Trivia Night at Cucina
Vail, Colo. – July 19, 2016 – The Lodge at Vail, A RockResort, in partnership with Vail Mountain, is offering yoga at 10,150 feet every Friday and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. through Sept. 3. The class takes place in the Mid-Vail area at the top of Vail’s Gondola One and is complimentary to all guests with a lift ticket or current season pass. Those who are feeling extra ambitious can hike to Mid-Vail free of charge. A limited number of yoga mats are available to use onsite and participants will receive discount cards to be used on services at the RockResorts Spa at The Lodge at Vail.

For those looking for relief from full days on the mountain or simply seeking a reprieve from the day, The Lodge at Vail also offers 15-minute RockResorts Spa starter massages at Mid-Vail. Massages sessions are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $15 including magnificent views of the Gore Range.
The Lodge at Vail also welcomes all guests, visitors to Vail and locals alike to Pool One on Wednesdays for sunshine, food and drink specials from 3-6 p.m. and a live DJ. Wrap up the day with Trivia Night, also on Wednesdays from 7-9 p.m. at Cucina, complete with food specials and housemade craft cocktails like the Blackberry Sage Smash, Botanist Cucumber-Infused Gimlet, St. George Pom-tini and more.
