Vail Resorts Retail is the premier outdoor specialty retail company in the industry, supporting the luxury, destination and local guests of Vail Resorts. As the largest snow sports retailer in the U.S., we own and operate over 250 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada in the retail and rental space with over 90 different store names and brands, including branded doors, specialty rental shops at the base of our resort chairlifts, luxury retail stores and a variety of options that cater to resort locals and families. - Achieve zero net emissions by 2030, with 50 percent progress toward this goal by 2025
- Achieve zero waste to landfill by 2030 and increase waste diversion to 50 percent by the end of 2020
- Achieve zero net operating impact on forests and habitat by 2030 by planting or restoring an acre of forest for every acre of forest displaced by our operations from FY 2017 onward
2. Community Investment
- Promote the health and sustainability of our resort communities through multi-faceted and localized support
- Support our employees with educational scholarships and emergency relief grants
